Grape variety : Marsanne

Average age of vines : 50 to 60 years old
Vines are planted on clay-limestone soil on hillsides slops

Goblet pruning.

Protected pressing with inert gas for the preservation of aromas

Vinification in barrels (228 l)  : 70 % new oak barrels, 30 % one year old barrels.

Malolactic fermentation in barrels

Stirring of the lees in barrels
Maturing during 12 months 
High-class white wine 

Shinny and golden yellow robe ; Fat, rich, long and delicate, taking a honey key after few years

This wine can be served from 2 years old, but it can be kept long years.

Ideal meals : aperitif, entries, cooked fishes.
Very old, it can be served with a « foie gras ».
