Grape variety: 100% Syrah
Average age of the vines: 40 years.
Vines planted on clay-limestone soil on hillsides; southern exposure.
Cordon pruning.

Pressing under inert gas to preserve aromas.
Traditional vinification with controlled temperatures.

Bottled after 8 to 10 months of aging in egg-shaped concrete vats and demi-muids.

The color is a brilliant golden yellow; this wine boasts floral and fruity aromas, rich and round on the palate, with good balance and good length.

A wine to be drunk young, but can be kept for approximately 4 to 5 years.

Drink chilled but not iced with: Aperitifs, charcuterie, or fish.
