Grape variety: Marsanne (85%) –Roussanne (15%)

Average age of vines : 60 years old

Vines are planted on clay limestone soil on hillsides slops

Goblet and cordon pruning.

 

Protected pressing with inert gas for the preservation of aromas

Vinification in barrels (228 l) :30% new oak barrels and 70% one year old barrels.
Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Stirring of the lees in barrels

Maturing during 10 months 

It is a rounf and complex wine, it can be served in its youth, and also keep few years

It suits with aperitif, cooked fishes, and the preparations with truffle.
