Syrah rosé

Wine of the vine Syrah, the noble vine of our appellation of the Côtes du Rhône Septentrionales :
Crozes-Hermitage, Saint Joseph, Hermitage.

Vines planted on argilo calcareous ground in light slope, in border of the appellation Crozes-Hermitage.

It is a bled rosé, that is that there was no maceration with the grape skin and the pulp.
The alcoholic fermentation is made only with the grape juice, what gives a very aromatic wine with a character of very interesting vine and looking like no other wine of this type.

It can very well keep 2 - 3 years.

It suits with grills and the other summer meal, without forgetting the Apéritif.
