Grape Variety : 100% Syrah.

this cuvee comes from our oldest vines (85 years) from the best soils on the hillsides (kaolin) and from a selected harvest.

Wine from vinification in new half muids opened with pigeage and controled temperatures. Livestock is 100% made in new barrels specially, chosen for heating and the origin of wood.

It is a very concentrated wine with ripe and very fine tannins.

That can be enjoyed alone or with any red meat.

This cuvee is very limited and each bottle is numbered.
